Environment sound mod.

First release!

UPDATE: v5.2.81 - Ai CPU usage fix.

This Sound mod creates additional sound environment so you can hear your and other cars presence on the road.

Sound mod should work virtually on any track. But I can't test all all of them, right? ) If you find some odd behaviour please let me know.

Please pay attention! It's expected that you drive from driver position.

Car Features:

Sport mode Switcher with 4 modes. ExtraB
Sound mod switcher. ExtraT
Single windshield wiper action. ExtraS

Porsche Boxster 718 GTS and Porsche 911 (991).

PS. I think I fixed LUA error issue from previous releases. Please notify if you see it again.
