I mean, when it comes to Kara, we’ve already set the precedent that she will steal when survival is on the line, even if Alice is absolutely opposed to it. She stole the $40 for the night at the hotel, the stuffy for Alice’s comfort, and even the clothes from the lost and found; stealing bus tickets when an android concentration/death camp is the other alternative seems pretty reasonable by comparison.

What was great about North was she clearly didn’t agree with the way Markus chose passive resistance as opposed to being more forceful… but her love for Markus grew to the point that she aligned her fate with him, and while she didn’t agree with him, she chose to fully support him anyway, and in the end he delivered in his promise to her - life together free.

An evil run would be generational, there’s very few good “evil runs” of this game on YouTube. Second, Life is Strange would be great too!! My favorite is Life is Strange 2 hands down due to the relationship dynamics at play. The first one is okay though and I would happily watch you play it

The reason why I didn't like Alice being an android had nothing to do with Alice. I felt they did it for the audience only, for the sake of a twist. Kara doesn't even elaborate on why she had trouble accepting it or why she was in denial. It doesn't make sense from Kara's POV why she would care whether Alice was human or not or why it was hidden.

Honestly you got pretty much my perfect ending(assuming I don't miss too many of the QTEs), except that I prefer the Kiss choice at the end over the Singing, but that is probably because I find that Most singing doesn't move me very much. Also, I just want to say, I love that in your timeline it is 'Canon' that this all started because Hot Dog man wouldn't serve Markus XD

My first playthrough was a disaster. You got probably the best ending, though there is another really close one where Kara and Alice get captured while Marcus is successful. Warning, there are some spoilers for some of the alternative paths below. ----- I didn't grab John when they raid the Cyberlife warehouse. In Stafford Tower, Markus failed to save Simon, so he died there. In Public Enemy, I couldn't get the camera to move to the knife, and Connor died. That lead to not enough evidence for Connor, resulting in him being deactivated. During the protest, Markus went peaceful and ended up dying as neither John nor Simon were alive to save him. That lead to North attacking the camps and failing. This resulted in all the deviants dying. Kara tried to cross the river. During that, Luther got shot and killed. Kara took too long to get the boat across, resulting in Alice freezing to death. After losing Alice, Kara gave up and died in the snow next to her. --- So, I got probably the worst possible ending in my first playthrough.

I maintain that Hank shooting Connor-60 is a fucked up way to do that ending thoughhh. The whole point was Hank (and Connor) learning that androids are people, even if the ones who haven't gone deviant yet are still stuck following orders. 60 was doing what he was told. And maybe you'll see some other ways that scene can go with your evil playthrough (only maybe... no spoilers!) but it seems really clear from some other bits that 60 is scared of Amanda and CyberLife and desperately trying to please them. They could've just incapacitated him somehow, not a bullet straight through the processor 😭 or held him down and Connor deviated him maybe, whatever
