Just thought I'd post a little preview for my lovely patrons of the voting incentive that's coming up in September. The 20th anniversary of Puck looms, as the strip initially began running in the McMaster Silhouette in September of 1998. This September, I'm celebrating with a bonus comic that brings us back to where we began.

The art style has changed. A little. You might have noticed.

I love how you can see the will to live is still draining from her body there. Lucky for her* that her life expectancy is as long as it is.

*or is it?

Puck was, from the outset, a bit of a self-portrait. Panel #1 was an accurate depiction of how I felt at age 19. Panel #2 is an accurate depiction of how I feel at age 39. Little has changed.

This is awesome, a really great look back...now I'm gonna have to go back and read the whole series again.
