This outfit really is a mess.  And to be honest, I only realized that when drawing it.  So Phoebe's opinion is my own.  (The Wonder Woman suit in the upcoming movie works WAY better as a cohesive outfit, by the way.  Even though it loses something special - something iconic - in the alteration.)
