Movie night will be on Sunday night, LIVE on the channel this week. Stream starts at 8pm PST and the movie begins about an hour after that.

Reminder, the same poll is happening over on YouTube for choice members so the results from both polls will determine the winner.

Legit not heard anyone put over the Sicario sequel, kinda puzzling its winning, is it just where they watched the first and people just wanna see them do it for completionist sake?

It really is, If they watched The Exorcist, everyone would be voting Exorcist 2 the next week despite it being god awful.

The sequel is almost as good as the first one. Phenomenal cast, great story, only difference is the directing style. It's not recency bias.

Agree with Kit. Not as good as the first without Denis directing but still a solid movie. I watched it not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.

I do respect the vote I voted for Late night with the devil hence me calling it my pic nothing neady about it it wins or it doesn't they watch it or they dont I was merely saying sometimes the poll is to predictable thats all.

I like both SICARIO’s. And it absolutely is recency bias lol Every film we watch if it has a sequel on the following weeks poll it’s chosen. People want to re-enter the world they just experienced as a collective. They want to continue the story they just experienced. So yes, it’s recency bias. And no, that’s not a bad thing.

You guys have become super unreliable lately. Literally drove 90 mins to make it back for movie night. You guys have a pretty cool following. I understand the hard stance on certain principles you guys have but ur pushing the envelope in my opinion.

And we all understand you’re busy with your family. We all respect that. Please don’t assume that your followers aren’t also busy. Maybe I’m wrong & don’t want to speak for others but maybe alert us on YouTube or in Patreon messages that movie night is off. Not just Discord.

If I sound defensive it’s because I’m dealing with some issues with my daughter and I’m in a shit mood. I hate what’s happening and I hate not living up to the schedule. This community is amazing and insanely supportive and understanding when issues arise. I bust my ass and sacrifice a lot to get done what we’re able to get done, because of the support.

I pay money to your Patreon &YouTube community. I received ZERO notification on Patreon or YouTube that movie night was cancelled.

And every single perk that is included in those contributions are honored every single week. I told you, I dropped the ball on the movie night update. My bad. I only posted the update on discord because I’m distracted. My daughter comes first. The live movie night isn’t a perk on YouTube or Patreon. The vote will be honored. Sicario 1 & 2 full watch alongs will be posited.

Yeah paying to this patreon grants you access to full watch along content. It does not mean you can demand anything else, and if you want updates, you are free to join our discord server, that is our main hub and is always up to date on any info. Steven and Nikki has fulltime jobs and a family, and family must always come first. Reading your other comments here, you seem to lack understanding of family comes first, and since they are way too nice to ever say this, let me. You Sir are acting like a spoiled entiteled asshat, complete cringeworthy Karen behavior. Do better. Smh

Lailana, I appreciate your response and coming to their defense. I wasn't "demanding" anything. Just irritated since I drove 90 mins to make it back for movie night. Many of us have full time jobs and families as well. I don't "lack that understanding" and don't appreciate the insinuation. And resorting to name calling(asshat, Karen) is a pretty big reflection of you.

I was never outwardly rude or disrespectful to Nikki & Steven and have often contributed to the community. I spoke my mind last night but I would never resort to name calling like you just did.
