We watch Secret Invasion on Disney+

This is a watch-a-long so you do need to bring your own copy of the episode to see it, there is no PIP or show audio. There is a visual cue off the top and a timer to help you sync up.

My of the wall theory: Fury is actually a skrull. The skrulls kidnapped Fury and replaced him. The skrull impersonating Fury with all his memories was the Fury that got dusted. When the imposter Fury returned with everyone else at the end of Endgame, something happened with him mentally and skrull Fury actually thought he was the real Fury. Hence, everyone saying he isn't the same or the new Fury isn't up to it. I predict that the real Fury will be found and this skrull Fury will rescue him and sacrifice himself.
