Did you see that raven that could play Tic-Tac-Toe and won?! I would have assumed that a seagull would never be able to pull something like that. But guess what?! I’m probably right. (Typical.) But, it turns out that seagulls are a lot smarter than bird brains (I think the technical term is “ornithologists”) had previously assumed. I guess they can use tools an’ shit? And can read human cues to a certain extent.

Now, do they have the kinda using-a-tool-to-make-another-tool-to-do-something-else skills that crows and ravens boast? Apparently not. So, I’m assuming that a seagull could play Tic-Tac-Toe, but would probably never win. I mean, maybe to a really dumb guy. Like John James Audubon, the guy who famously painted hundreds of birds and was praised for his scientific accuracy and detail before people realized he straight up made up a ton of birds.

Though, maybe he would win against the seagull, but only because he couldn’t resist cheating.

Hadn't heard of Mr. Audubon before! Though I noticed that his death section on Wikipedia mentions he had dementia. So maybe he THOUGHT he saw the birds that were inaccurate! XD Unlikely, but I find the idea humorous. <3

Haha, I really like that idea. That he’d built so much acclaim throughout his career that no one questioned that he was senile and making up birds until long after his death. Also, just want to say, I feel confident saying Eternal Beach City is the only NSFW comic that inspires a Wikipedia search, and I couldn’t be prouder of that fact. ❤️
