My sincerest apologies for the late post.

Just. ooooof. Work was absolute hell this week, when Friday evening finally rolled around I had all of two hundred words written and they were absolute dogshit.

To top it off, boy did this chapter fight me. XD

It was one thing after another. But I persevered! Cause I don't wanna fail you lot!

I've also started work on some other stuff that I hope to share with you lot in time.

Side note, if anyone knows of some good tutorials to learn digital art on youtube, let me know. I wanna break into drawing, it would be great to draw some of the scenes that happen in my head for my writing.

Anyways, enough nattering from me. Here is chapter. Hope you lot enjoy. Drop me a comment and let me know.

Anakin walked through the halls of the Jedi Temple, trying not to let his bad mood press upon everyone around him. He didn’t exactly get many opportunities to spend time with his wife at the best of times, and the war had certainly not made that situation any better.

Anakin had decided to spend some well-earned time with his lovely wife, safe in the knowledge that his Padawan couldn’t get up to any mischief as he tended to do any time Anakin took his eyes off him for longer than a few hours. Anakin had even signed him up for a tournament so he’d have something to do for at the very least one afternoon!

So now, when he’d been rather busy licking wasaka berry juice off his wife’s perfect skin, he’d received a commlink notice that not only had Rylanor insulted a Council Member, he’d landed himself in the Halls of Healing because of the tournament.

He followed the haphazard emotions emanating from the Bond he shared with his Padawan to the room he’d been assigned and stepped inside without knocking. “Alright Rylanor you are going t—”

Anakin paused as his brain processed what he was seeing. Mainly, Rylanor, his Padawan, Asami, Obi-Wan’s Padawan, their clothes in disarray, their skins flushed and sweaty in a way that was quite familiar as Anakin had not looked too different from that less than an hour ago. Both looking at him, Rylanor with a vacant expression, Asami with wide eyes, their mouths connected by a string of saliva that silently broke.

Asami even had the same look of combined embarrassment and panic that Padme got any time C3PO walked in on them being intimate and started nattering away about protocol.

Anakin cleared his throat. “I’ll be outside.”

He ignored Asami’s strangled. “Wait!” As he stepped outside, closed the door, and put his back to it to stand guard.

He’d have to have a talk with Rylanor about wearing protection. It’s all fun and games until there’s a child on the way, and Asami was not a full Jedi so she couldn’t exactly just disappear for a few years under the excuse of taking a sabbatical to meditate upon the Force or going on a deep cover mission.

Still, Anakin had to admit to being impressed. To his knowledge, the two of them hadn’t exactly known each other very long, and Rylanor already had her in his bed?

Now, how to make certain to keep this from Obi-Wan? His former Master would not understand, he’d do everything in his power to strangle the budding romance between their Padawans. And that simply would not do, these were important life lessons they were learning.

The door behind him opened and out stepped Asami, her robes rumpled and her hair in disarray. “Please come inside!” She hissed.

“I don’t know what you are into Asami but—”

“INSIDE!” She accompanied the strangled demand with a Force Enhanced pull on his robes, dragging him in and firmly shutting the door behind him.

“That was going very well until you interrupted.” Rylanor said, sitting on the bed with that same weirdly vacant expression on his face.

“Rylanor.” Anakin said with a nod.

“The Order’s view on marriage and attachment are beyond idiotic. If they instead taught healthy attachment and how to stop it from turning into obsession then not only would existing Jedi be happier, the Order would be much larger as those strong in the Force breeding together would result in more and stronger Force users.”

Anakin blinked, twice.

He wasn’t wrong. But even Anakin knew that you weren’t supposed to acknowledge that out loud.

“He has a concussion!” Asami said stepping between Anakin and Rylanor, her eyes a little wild. “He can’t control what he’s saying! I was helping keep him contained so he wouldn’t go out and get himself hurt!”

“We were making out and the noises you made were adorable.”

“Keeping him contained!” Asami insisted.

“If that’s what you want to call it.” Anakin said, doing his best not to smile.

“It is!”

“You’re adorable.” Rylanor piped in.

“You be quiet!” Asami squeaked, her face bright red from her neckline to her hairline.

“So, how did the concussion happen? I didn’t think there was anyone among the Padawans who could give Rylanor a hard time.” Anakin said, giving the poor girl a break.

“Conehead was being a poodoo head, and I beat him in a fight!” Rylanor said unhelpfully.

His amusement quickly vanished as Asami explained what happened. He left behind strict instructions to either lock the door or go to his own room in the Jedi Temple so Asami could continue to ‘contain’ Rynalor, something which left the young woman bright red and sputtering, then walked to the gardens.

This time, everyone could feel the anger radiating off him into the Force, as such, everyone gave him a wide berth. Anakin didn’t care, he was going to find Ki-Adi-Mundi, and sometime after having broken the pretentious conehead’s jaw, he’d explain that it wasn’t his place to discipline other Jedi’s Padawan. How dare that conceited Sithspawn hurt Anakin’s Padawan? With the thin excuse of Anakin ‘failing to teach him humility.’ It was Anakin’s Padawan who in less than three months of participation in the Clone Wars had achieved more than most Knights and Masters had achieved in the last three years. It was Anakin’s Padawan who had driven off Grievous and sent the cyborg stoopa fleeing like the coward it was.

The one-time Ki-Adi-Mundi went against Grievous, he’d lost a fellow Master, the Master’s Padawan, a Knight, and got another Master and a Knight injured, on top of losing a Venator and every clone in it. So maybe he needed to do some self-reflecting before going around accusing other people’s Padawans of ‘lacking humility’ and giving them a kriffing concussion because of his bruised ego!

Anakin’s hands balled up into fists.

Mundi would learn t—

“Anakin.”

Anakin stopped, his mind climbing out of the morass of anger he’d been busy cultivating and turned to see Obi-Wan.

Obi-Wan looked at him with a sickly expression, probably because he could feel the literal waves of anger Anakin was radiating into the Force. He was probably about to chastise him again about maintaining his Shield and protecting others from his moods and power, never acknowledging that Anakin did what he could an—

“I’m sorry, Anakin.” Obi-Wan said, bowing formally. “I failed my Grand-Padawan, you as your former Master.”

Anakin’s spiraling thoughts ground to a screeching halt.

“Whu?” He asked intelligently.

“I should have stepped in when I felt that Mundi was going over the line.” Obi-Wan insisted. “I allowed politics to cloud my judgement, for ‘propriety’ to stop me from doing what is right.”

“N-No I.” Anakin said, not knowing how to handle the situation. He’d have expected Obi-Wan to say something sarcastic by now, or maybe to start yelling.

“I take it you were on your way to confront Ki-Adi?” Obi-Wan asked, finally straightening from his bow.

The anger he’d been feeling earlier twinged in his chest again, but it was smaller, more manageable. “Yes, yes I was. He gave Rylanor a concussion.”

“Then we’ll go together.” Obi-Wan said.

“Lets.” Anakin all but growled.

They walked through the gardens, Anakin noticing the unusual number of Knights and Masters present, some speaking with their Padawan, some meditating. A significant minority who seemed to be regulars doing a poor job of hiding how nonplussed they were at the increased number of visitors to the gardens.

It didn’t take them long to find Mundi, kneeling under a tree, his posture stiff, the Force around him having the stillness of someone making absolutely certain their emotions did not leak out into the Force around them.

“Anakin, let me take point on this one please.” Obi-Wan said with a small smile. “I owe it to Rylanor.”

Anakin’s prosthetic hand twitched. But he released a long breath and nodded.

Obi-Wan nodded his thanks and made his way over to where Mundi sat, Anakin a few steps behind him.

“Master Mundi.” He said easily.

Mundi opened his eyes. “Master Kenobi.”

Obi-Wan chuckled. “Quite the spectacle, so many Knights and Masters in the gardens like chastised Initiates.”

Mundi grunted. “Indeed, I do not know what Master Yoda was thinking.”

“It certainly lacks elegance.” Obi-Wan said. “I can usually appreciate the serenity offered by the gardens but…”

“Something is missing in the current circumstance.” Mundi said. “To think two members of the Jedi High Council would be treated like misbehaving Padawans.”

“Well. I can’t say we don’t deserve it.” Obi-Wan said.

“I beg your finest pardon?” Mundi said the words as if they were a curse, his eyes sharpening.

“We acted like children.” Obi-Wan said sadly. “Like the bullies we each had to deal with in our own times at the creches. Quite a few of those spending time in the gardens now delighted on the beating you gave my Grand-Padawan.”

“I was teaching that boy a lesson.” Mundi said acidly, his haughty tone grating on Anakin’s nerves.

“You gave my Padawan a concussion.” Anakin spat out.

“Knight Skywalker.” Mundi said, his eyes narrowing, his tone mellowing out and becoming so polite it was nearly an insult. “Perhaps if you had taught the boy better he wouldn’t have needed the lesson I sought to impart.”

Anakin took a step forward but halted as Obi-Wan’s hand lay lightly on his chest.

“As Masters, we need to show our students that we can live our principles, not just teach them. Especially humility.” He said in the tone he usually took when he was asked to give a lecture to the Initiates. “Can we really proclaim we are living up to our own standards as Council Members if we believe ourselves to be so far above Master Yoda’s wisdom in this matter?”

Mundi’s mouth twisted as if he’d sucked on a Naboo sour-plum. His expression wavered between anger, chagrin, and Jedi serenity. Until he stood stiffly and, moving like a droid that was in severe need of an oil bath, bent in the most awkward bow Anakin had ever had the pleasure of seeing. “My apologies, Knight Skywalker. Through my hubris and lack of maturity, I injured your Padawan, insulted you as a Master, and brought shame to the Jedi Order. I hope you can forgive me and convey my apologies to your Padawan as well. If you’ll excuse me.”

He straightened, did an about-face, and walked stiffly but quickly away. Anakin opened his mouth to get a parting shot but stopped himself at Obi-Wan’s raised hand.

“Don’t.” His former Master muttered. “It will sting him far longer if you let him leave without getting the last word.”

Anakin weighed that in his head, then had to suppress a chuckle.

He couldn’t wait to tell Rylanor about this.

Obi-Wan’s communicator beeped, he pulled it out and read the message. “Oh, I will have to cut Master Yoda’s punishment short.”

“What happened?” Anakin asked.

“Dexter Jettster wants to see me, in person. He would not make such a request without a good reason.” Obi-Wan said. “I better go get Asami.”

Anakin gulped.

=][=

I slowly licked Asami’s tongue, holding her wrists above her head with one hand, I swallowed her sighs and groans as my other hand freely roamed her body. Her figure was lean and sporty, with squish in all the right places, something that her Jedi robes usually tragically obfuscated.

She continued to make weak sounds of protest any time I pulled back to breathe, but never once failed to welcome a kiss or a caress, my grip on her wrists so light a bird would have no trouble escaping it.

My HUD kept flashing something intermittently, and while that was probably important, it didn’t seem as important as the girl beneath me. Something about that logic didn’t feel right, but trying to figure out why was too much of a bother, especially when I had Asami to enjoy.

Asami herself was becoming a better kisser by the minute, her attempts still adorably clumsy, any attempt she made to take control easily sabotaged by pinching either of her hard nipples.

Truly, the best way to pass the time. Why hadn’t I been doing this more often? It was way too fun. My free hand slid off her breasts, down her flat belly, over her mons and slipped into her damp panties, my palm landing on her slick lower lips and pressing down gently. She gasped, her legs closing tight around my hand then opening as she thrust her hips against my palm.

She tried to speak, but that just gave me leeway to slip my tongue beneath hers and lick away at the softer flesh there, her arms tensing, yet not fighting the light grip I kept on her wrists. She shuddered as I began to explore her slick folds with my fingers, searching for her entrance. Then squealed as I found it and pressed the tip of my middle finger inside her, her walls clamping down on the intruding digit.

Then Anakin’s voice interrupted quite rudely by speaking directly into my brain, blaring out of the Bond between us.

“Rylanor I know what you’re doing. Stop this instant and let Asami get herself presentable. Obi-Wan needs her and we’re on our way to the Halls of Healing.”

I huffed and moved my hand back and forth in small circles, working to loosen Asami enough to both fit more of my finger, and add in a second.

“Rylanor.” Anakin’s voice said warningly.

I growled into Asami’s mouth and sunk my finger into the second knuckle, her walls twitching.

“Rylanor if Obi-Wan finds out, he’ll make certain Asami and you are never in a room alone together again.” Anakin said, and something about that fought through the warm fog in my mind.

Not being alone with Asami was bad. But stopping right when I had her warmed up enough to get to the really fun parts seemed like such a waste.

“Rylaaaanoooooor!”

“Okay okay.” I said, breaking the kiss and taking my finger out from Asami, making her whine. “Sorry Asami, we need to cut this short; our Masters are on the way.”

Asami lay on my bed, staring up at the ceiling and breathing for several seconds while I licked my finger and enjoyed her tangy, slightly sweet taste.

Then she blinked. “Wait what.”

Hmm…maybe we had time for me to get between her legs for a bit? Really finish this off in a big way for her?

“Master Kenobi is on the way!?” She gasped, the sound a strange combination of a shriek and a strangled whisper. She then all but teleported out of my bed and frantically put her robes back on, fixed her hair and wiped her sweat in a dizzying whirlwind of activity.

I looked at my robes, they were kind of rumpled, she wasn’t wearing lipstick, so I didn’t have to worry about that.

Hmm…I needed to get her some lipstick, something bright red to contrast her pale skin. Maybe I could also get her to wear a black dress, something nice that left her shoulders bare…and platform boots.

Platform boots would be difficult to move in though.

“Rylanor, how do I look!?”

I blinked and turned to look at her, her skin still glistened with a minute layer of sweat, her lips were a little red, but I hadn’t bitten her or given her any hickeys, which was a shame, she’d look great with a mark to let others know she’s mine. Beyond the Stamp that I kept on the ‘notice me not’ setting.

“You look lovely, but you’d look better underneath me and without your clothes.”

“Rylanor!”

The door hissed open and Asami stiffened.

“Ah, Asami, there you are.” Obi-Wan said with a smile.

Looking at him reminded me about Satine, and thinking about Satine reminded me of the ‘peaceful’ Mandalorians, and the ‘peaceful’ Mandalorians reminded me of their supposed neutrality, and their supposed neutrality reminded me about—

“The only reason the Mandalorians as they are currently led by Satine Kryze can pretend at neutrality is the fact that there are numerous Republic star systems between them and the Separatists. It’s all well and good for Satine to declare herself a leader of a coalition of neutral systems, but the fact remains that her neutrality is only possible because Republic Soldiers and Jedi fight and bleed and die to keep the Separatists away from her and her neutral systems, a status quo that would not last the instant the Republic pulled back. The Mandalorians have a long and proud history as warriors and they would be a great boon to the war; she should not push her suicidal ideation of the concept of pacifism on her people to their detriment as a whole.”

Obi-Wan stared at me with a stricken expression. “Ah, I see what you meant.”

“Yep.” Anakin said.

“I’ve been keeping him contained.” Asami said, her cheeks pink. “Master Vokara Che asked me to look after him while he has a concussion.”

I opened my mouth to clarify but closed it at her glare.

“Thank you for your hard work, Asami.” Obi-Wan said. “Thankfully, Master Skywalker is now present, and he can take over from here, come along now.” He turned around but paused at the door, then turned around and bowed to me. “Rylanor, you have my sincerest apologies. I should have stepped in when Ki-Adi-Mundi went over the line.”

I snorted. “Don’t worry about it, I beat that conehead fair and square!”

Obi-Wan smiled. “So you did. Let’s go, Asami.”

“Master.” She said, giving me one last look, her cheeks blooming bright red before turning around and scurrying after Obi-Wan.

“Be safe!” I said, waving enthusiastically.

The door closed, leaving just Anakin and I in the room.

“I don’t think I have to say this.” Anakin said. “But don’t go bragging about what you were doing. You’ll have to keep it to yourself if you don’t want to cause trouble for Asami.”

I snorted. “I may be stupid, Anakin, but I’m not an idiot!”

He scowled at me while he worked through the flawless logic of my statement, then shook his head. “Look, I had business that I interrupted to come here when I heard what happened, if I leave you here, will you behave?”

“Yup.” I said, saluting.

“Okay, I’ll trust you on this.” He said and made for the door.

“Be safe Skyboss!” I said, waving just as enthusiastically as I did for Obi-Wan and Asami.

I put my hands on my lap, fully intent to do as I’d promised and stay in bed.

Three minutes later I was walking around the halls of the Jedi Order, then crawled into the vents, out in the Knight’s Quarters, made a brief stop at a bathroom to throw up, stopped at the kitchen to steal some bread and a meiloorun, forgot the seed of the meiloorun in the restricted section of the Archives, remembered to finish the bread while I was crawling through the storm drain of the Training Grounds, made a stop to throw up over the edge of the Jedi Temple and watched the liquid mass of fruit and bread disappear into the clouds below, then got bored and was on my way back to the Archives when a wave of fear, pain, despair and rage rose up from Coruscant and hit me so hard that it banished the cobwebs in my brain.

I didn’t waste time wondering what was happening, this was prescient, I was being struck by emotions and pain that hadn’t happened yet. I pulled out my commlink and commed Rex on an emergency frequency.

[Sir!? What’s the matter!?] Rex asked the moment the call connected.

“Put the Resolute on high alert and prep the 501st to drop into the planet!” I snapped. “Something’s happening and I’ll need you to be ready for rapid—!”

On the horizon, a new sun bloomed as a continent-sized plate of the city was swallowed in a rolling wave of actinic fire.

Corrections; "Rynalor" --> "Rylanor" "Cyborg stoopa" (Uhh, is that right?? Wtf is a stoopa?) "I failed my Grand-Padawan, you as your former Master." --> "I failed my Grand-Padawan, and you as your former Master." [ “N-No I.” Anakin said ] --> [ “N-No I–” Anakin started ] (he is stuttering and cutting off because he can't think of properly speaking) "that we can live our principles" --> "that we can live up to our principles" "Drop into the planet" --> "drop onto the planet" "I had business that I interrupted to come here" --> "I had business that I was interrupted from to come here" "The one-time Ki-Adi-Mundi went against Grievous, he’d lost a fellow Master, the Master’s Padawan, a Knight, and got another Master and a Knight injured, on top of losing a Venator and every clone in it." (OH DAMN!! 2003 Legends Grievous!?

Deathknight134

Hmm, so is this the First Invasion of Coruscant by Grievous in the 2003 Clone Wars series? Amazing chap, shame our boi couldn't get to the fun part with Fukuhara though, lol. He'll get her next time~ Heh. She was extremely cute with how embarrassed she was when she got caught. She seemed very into it~ 😁

Impossible-Taro

TFTC! This was an excellent birthday present.

Alertpoet91

Oh shit, this is going to be freaking great (for us readers, not so much for the poor sods who live through it).

James (Silencian)

Ngl I at first thought the fear rage pain despair was from him somehow hitting Palpatine or something with his puke over the edge of the temple! Thanks for the chappy. Its excellent.

Deathknight134

Lmao, that would be absolutely hilarious if it ever happened. 😂

Santo' Workshop

Bit late but happy birthday! I posted the chapter and crashed last night. XD

Santo' Workshop

Blegh. This is what happens when I don't get a night to sleep on the thing and check it with a fresh brain. And to answer your question. You'd be amazed at the sheer quantity of made up silly noises I had to dig through to find a Star Wars insult that didn't sound utterly retarded. XD

Santo' Workshop

That's an interesting theory! But I'll say right now, no it's not that invasion. And lol yeah, Asami is starting to take a life of her own. XD

Santo' Workshop

That is absolutely goddamn hilarious. Thank you for the mental image. XD

Impossible-Taro

Thanks, also, can we get puppy pics in chapters too?

Santo' Workshop

Probably! Too bad they're not Jedi and thus are not at the Temple.

Santo' Workshop

You are objectively, logically, and intelligently correct. Too bad concussed people are rarely any of those with any consistency. XD Hopefully the 501st is able to realize their favorite commander is literally walking wounded and needs some taking care of.
