I must say, adding a more wrinkly effect to the tongue gives it a better sense of squish looking at it. It looks very nice.

I agree with you. In my opinion, he looks soft and tense at the same time. I decided to make the language in this drawing a little more realistic, for which I used a lot of references, and I was always curious to see what would come of it.
