[UPDATE] 0.20 (Patreon)

Sorry for the wait, 0.20 is finally done and ready.

It took more than a month, and I had to scale down the update a big to get it out by halloween, but it's finally done, the next big main story update for Dimension 69.

Due to a bunch of financial problems in my personal life, I've decided to make updates exclusive to Patreon until the following update, so that you subscribers are always one update ahead. To make up for this coming out of nowhere, the next update will be smaller in scale, basically adding all the stuff that was meant to be in 0.20 but I ran out of time to include, more on that in a future devlog most likely.

Anway, enough of me being horrifically broke, here's the patch notes:

2 new main quests

16,000 words of new content

Over 100 renders

2 Lewd Events in Last Beacon

Every single character sprite in the game has been redone

Multiple new characters in the main story quests

When there's multiple character sprites in a scene, the speaker now lights up

The new sprites no longer flip when there's more than one character in a scene

New world map location in Eldrite

Few bug fixes

And for those waiting for the public release of this update; assuming there's no bugs that I have to hotfix, you will get this version of the game as 0.21 releases, which hopefully will be done mid to late november and updates will continue like this in the future. I might also make the $10 tier have one week early access to the patreon update in the future but I feel like that might be pushing the goodwill of my fans haha... I really don't want to screw you guys over but every passing month I see other games skyrocket past me while I have to work minimum wage flipping burgers to keep even. Oh well, I'll keep pushing on, because getting the complete story of Dimension 69 to all of you is what's most important to me.
