Yo, I had to skip Studio & Chill this time — I’m down bad, might even have COVID (waiting on test results 😷). But I still wanted to break down how I use ManyChat to automate my DMs and turn comments into real leads — because this tool is a game-changer if you’re building anything on socials.

🚨 What’s ManyChat?

It’s an automation system that lets you auto-DM people based on their comments (like dropping a 📷 emoji). It’s not me replying — it's all bots, but it looks personal. Then I hop in after if needed.

"None of this is me. It’s all ManyChat."

🔁 How I Use It

  • Auto DM from Comments: If someone comments “photo” or 📷, they get an instant DM with the link or info I set up.

  • Story Replies: Same setup — if you reply “shadow” on a story, you’ll get hit with the right info in seconds.

  • Follow-Up Messages: If someone doesn’t click the first link, it automatically sends a polite reminder. That one message alone has boosted my clicks heavy.

“Just want to make sure the link worked and you’re fully taken care of.”

  • Lead Collection: Every person who interacts gets saved as a contact. I’ve got over 10,000 people in my list now.

  • Gear Lists, Community Invites, etc. — I send links to my setup, certified shoes community, and more.

💸 Pricing

  • Starts at $15/month

  • I pay $60+ because my reels sometimes hit crazy numbers, and I need more contacts

👀 Should You Use It?

  • YES if you’re selling something, building a list, or trying to grow a real community

  • NO if you’re just starting out or not looking to drive any action — it’ll be overkill

“It’s a waste of time if you don’t have anything like that going on.”

Final Thoughts

If you’re on IG and not using automation to manage comments + DMs, you’re missing out. Don’t sleep on this tool. I didn’t start with it — only brought it in once I had momentum. But now? It’s essential.
