Such a strong series that this is considered one of the weaker stories. Good to get a light hearted episode after 4/5 quite dark and plot heavy episodes. I know you'll love the next episode! Perfect time of year for it too

Guess what Pamela? The sheriff himself was part robot!! Unfortunately the week of broadcast there was a very last minute edit made to the episode sadly due to a horrific IRL terrorist incident. In the scene that was cut the sheriff is beheaded by Robin revealing him to be half robot. This was a very unfortunate edit but understandable of course. In the episode dialogue just before the sheriff cuts the rope to ascend after Robin he says "I'm too much for you outlaw. The first of a new breed. Half man, half engine" he also takes many hits during Robins battle and in once the sheriff lands in the pot you can see his hand is metal as it solidifies. It's a realy fun episode but it's sad nothing could be done to help this edit to the story

What fabulous dialogue that final scene is between Robin & The Doctor "Perhaps we will both be stories. And may those stories never end & remember, Doctor... I’m just as real as you are" 😍👏

Some very vocal fans cite this story as a low point but, to me and others here I see, it's a lot of fun. The Doctor and Robin bickering and competing is hilarious and I am sentimental enough to love the ending with Marion. The bit about the golden arrow saving the day is ridiculous of course but I kind of like that too.

Ohhh so he had chang3d himself as well!! I would have loved to see that still in it Or at least put back when sometime had passed during reruns. This was such a fun episode! ☺️

I'm glad you're enjoying this season. It was one that I thought was just 'okay' to start with but never really watched much. Over time (mainly as I've watched reactions) it's grown on me and, because it's you 😁, I've been paying more attention (which probably helps).

I have seen this season but only once on my own and then through some other YouTube reactors. I think it gradually gets better as it goes on. Season 11 is the one I watched the least though as that's about the time I just naturally started watching Doctor Who less and less. That will feel like watching it new together 😁 so I'll have to pay a lot more attention to keep up 🤣
