This scene is based on an amalgam of conversations I was either a part of or overheard. Before I came out such talk gave me pause and I wish that it didn't. Not to say I wasn't disavowed by many when I did decide to be myself, because I was! I just shouldn't have had any fear about their opinions. They aren't able to change, thus proving that those who feel this way were never, are now not going to, nor will they ever be considered friends.
