COMIC #214

Panel 1

Ally is typing furiously on her computer whilst sitting on her couch. Mr. Dino is next to her dressed like a ninja.

ALLY (CAPTION): The more I read about this Night Bane book the angrier I get. Gary and Jim are saying in interviews they are doing the comic for "personal" reasons. I am not even sure what that means.

Panel 2

In this shot we are looking over Mr. Dino at Ally. Almost as if he is watching her.

ALLY (CAPTION): The entire creative team are white males. Even the editor is a caucasian dude. What could they possibly have to say about diversity? What personal place is this coming from?

Panel 3

From over Ally's shoulder we see she is working on the Pragmasaurus Rex blog.

ALLY (CAPTION): If these companies really want to be diverse why don't they hire people of different backgrounds and experience to write their titles?

ALLY (CAPTION): What are they afraid of?
