Barb's journey from sayer of inappropriately awkward things to trusted friend and comic-con attendee is one of my favorite subplots in the entire series. Sometimes you meet a person and think about them one way then they begin to consistently surprise you. You end up finding more about yourself through them. It can be rare, but it's amazing when it happens!
