I've had day jobs before and never once stopped writing in my head while putting hours in. In fact, clocking in to work motivated me more to get back home and type out the thoughts I had during my shift. And I would often sneak a notepad with me to jot things down! This was during a time before smartphones ruled the land. Now with those devices you can use a multitude of apps to keep writing anywhere you are, whenever you are! Nothing can stop you from making stories happen no matter how hard the world might try to get in your way ❤️
