Very interesting with the timing of today's post that the unemployment report this morning came in at 3.4% which is the lowest rate since May 1969 -- over 53-years ago! Companies are having a hard time filling job vacancies. Ally's store would have to offer a higher wage now to entice someone to work there. They should also give her a raise for being such a loyal and dedicated employee!
