Hey everyone! Rose here! Unfortunately Sapph still has to take a bit of a break (you get another double weekly post next week + double sketch post), but to shorten the time a bit, have some of my snapshots of Paris!

Going back to school feels weird and I'm not feeling too well mentally (unfortunately I'm rather depressed at the moment and always a little unwell, new meds) but I'm giving it my best.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well Rose, I'm also having a difficult time adjusting to being back in school. These pictures are beautiful! 😊 Does this mean you're going to school in Paris? That seems like quite a ways away, but I'm also American, so travel is very different over here lol.

Rose: Thank you! Yes I'm going to language school. Everyone in my class is pretty young, so it's alienating. But so far, they all seem friendly and I do enjoy meeting new people from all over the world.

Oh my God, same! I'm way older than everyone else at my school too, and it makes me feel weird (especially since people have always mistaken me for being younger than I actually am, and then they tend to have a big reaction when they find out otherwise 😩). But luckily, very few people have asked me my age so far, and when I do tell them, they're pretty chill about it. 😊 What is language school? Is it a specific kind of college, like tech school (which contrary to what it sounds like, is not just for careers related to technology, it's just what we often call a two-year college)? Or do you only learn about languages?

Rose: Haha same with me! A language school is a school specifically to learn a certain language. To learn the language better, many people attent at language schools inside the country in which language they want to learn.
