A year ago, you were besties in college and you fell hard for her… without ever finding the courage to confess. On graduation day, you saw her kiss someone else and disappeared from her life without a word. But now you're in a hospital bed after a car accident... and she's the nurse standing over you.

Aw man... This one's gonna huuuuuuurt... πŸ˜…

That’s actually crazy. I was somewhat in situation like 2 months ago πŸ˜‚πŸ˜±

Hahaha I knew it! I predicted the audio would arrive today. However, I found it emotional and painful learning the story, the fact of falling in love with someone and then seeing them with someone else is something I experienced years ago. Speaking of accidents, I remember having a fender bender seven years ago on my way home from work, even though it wasn't my fault, but nothing serious, I was fine. It had been a long time since I'd listened to an audio drama, and you really got to me emotionally 😒 Always impressive and moving. Thank you Storm, even though the last 5 minutes broke me inside, you were amazingπŸ’š

The timing of this is too perfect, I just finished a clinical rotation when this was uploaded and the beginning of the audio to really accurate to a shift assessment I'd do for my patients, it felt like I was back in the unit for a sec 🀣 🀣, but then the rest of the audio made me tear up a bit πŸ₯Ί

Wait wait wait ??? Didn't expect to get my script picked Oo but the awkwardness and the hesitation made it perfect ! We also feel how hurt the speaker is, and it makes us closer to her (I kinda felt bad for her). You're the boss Storm and thank you for picking my script (even if it wasn't a happy subject) 😊

Ohhh definitely an "oh shit, this is awkward" moment

Sigmund

Really impressive and emotional! Congrats for your script

Basically I was in college in Texas and caught feeling for a girl, never acted on it. Then moved to California , then recently got in a motorcycle accident got takin to the hospital where she now works as a nurse. Yo this shit kinda wild πŸ˜‚

Celius Genesia

Congrats! I'd love to see a continuation if you got it in ya.

I painfully learned that rest and nursing school cannot coexist Storm, but I’ll try 😫😫

Sigmund

Luckily, I got out of it by a miracle πŸ˜”

What timing… dealing with a car accident just this past weekend…

FireBull

This is a pretty relatable situation for me. I've left a good friend behind without saying a word, even though I had intentions that I thought were good enough. But, I regret doing it. This has inspired me to try and make things right. I just hope she'll forgive me...

Hawkeye

Yep, this is some peak drama. Well done. Thank you for the treat

Love when you write some drama πŸ™ It's refreshing (refreshing?...πŸ˜…) not having a story end in sunshine and rainbows. Life and relationships are messy and complicated. Just saying "I'm sorry" or "I love you" doesn't fix everything. And earning back someone's trust, especially when you're the one who broke it, takes real time and effort. The choice to end it without a clear resolution really lets the listener sit with the feeling of "Wow. They really messed up." You can hear the hesitation and hurt in the speaker's voice. You can feel the weight of what running away and ghosting someone actually costs. But under all of that (and the string instruments) there's still a quip with a hint of hope at the end 😭 (Thank you. Always a joy to listen to some drama to fall asleep πŸ₯²)

Oh dear... not saying a word is harsh on the other person because they'll be left wondering forever. But sometimes you do have to cut ties if someone is very toxic. I'm glad this audio inspired youπŸ™

Hi Miss Storm. Thank you for the wonderful audio. I was tearing up there at the end it was so beautiful. Hope you are doing well and have a wonderful weekend πŸ˜ŠπŸ’›

Not gonna lie. I peeped the comments before I listened and was sort of expecting a.... 'HE fked up' full on blaming him and him alone. And I was legit fully ready to dislike this. I like drama, but I've had so much bad and hate in my life, happy endings are what I HEAVILY favor since ill likely never have mine. And this was deffinitely a happy ending. In my book anyways.

My fault gng

Griever2112

For the most part. Car was totaled out. But everyone walked away, cars can be replaced, people can’t.
