I've always been a sucker for the heartache and drama that comes with a tragic romance 🥲 Love your take on this concept. It's interesting how she's confined to one room rather than the entire house, which makes it hurt even more that the thing she hates most is a simple door. It's heartbreaking how both her pain and longing are only amplified by the listener's presence. She loves hearing about all the simple things in life and wants to experience those things together, but she can't! It almost feels like she's torturing herself by spending time with the listener, falling for someone she can't hold or touch 🥺 Not being able to communicate with every tenant makes her interactions with the listener all the more special. After years alone, watching people come and go, she finally meets someone who wants to stay, only to then fully understand she can’t experience life with them. That conflict is what makes this doomed love story more meaningful and beautiful. But maybe this one isn't so tragic. Assuming she could leave the house and you only had six hours each year to experience the world with her, where would you go? The little details made this character so charming and her story all the more bittersweet. Like wanting to try "Stardust" 🤭, reminiscing about her past, the ritual’s conditions, and then finally being able to feel her own weight and being held. Written beautifully as always ❤️‍🩹 Appreciate you and all that you do 💛
