Hey guys!As we continue to branch out into the musical world, I'm looking for something new to bring to CF Reacts. Please help me decide on a musical via the poll below! :)

Comments

AstralAegis

Heathers has a lot of good animatics

Felix (Volran)

I voted for Beetlejuice, gotta get some more Alex Brightman into my veins

Luna Sky

Heathers is amazing!

Emily

Not necessarily a musical, but Steven Universe is an incredible show with songs that are insanely gorgeous. Many of them are silly and cute as well. :)

Emily

Oh, OR Arcane!! Sorry if you've already done either of these

Heather Tayse

I voted for Beetlejuice, but I also really really love Heather's. It's pretty dark, but it's the original Mean Girls. So if you're gonna do both, start with Heather's. That's my suggestion anyway 🤷‍♀️

Kristina [Lady Greensleeves33]

I voted Mean Girls, but honestly the others aren't wrong - Heathers first would be probably be ideal because it's a big inspiration for Mean Girls, and has shared some cast in various productions as well.

Nyx

I went with beetle juice, but honestly those three are solid ones!

Toaster of Doom

How about the 35mm Musical? it's actually really really good and I'd love to see you react to it.

Rylie Mohrdieck

Six the Musical is really fun. It's also a shorter Musical with I think 9 songs and some good animatics so would be a good one to do first or in-between other musicals.

Lumes

Seconding this! I don't know if you've ever seen it, but SIX is quite an experience. I'm personally a big fan of the North American tour version (purple album cover), which stars Samantha Pauly as Katherine Howard, but all versions have their strengths.

EepLeep

UrineTown I know it sounds ridiculous but it's so good

Tearea Demore

Hadestown has great animatics and songs if your into dark moody Greek God stuff

Ryan Ratchford

Hadestown is amazing and I'd love to see you react to it

Yuria Tsugi

Thirding this!! Six is absolute GOLD and I'm sure you'll love it as much as mortius is rn~

Yuria Tsugi

Oh I'm already seeing so many peak suggestions in the comments.. mine would def be heathers or SIX. Mostly SIX as thats one of my obsessions rn, but heathers is an amazing experience to say the least~

Kalyssa Pottgeiser

Hadestown is my all time favorite musical so it would be awesome to see you react to that. I also highly recommend Starkid musicals. They specialize in comedy shows and I love their most recent show Nerdy Prides Must Die. All of their shows are on YouTube

Tearea Demore

Also be more chill the musical is another great choice too

Jocelyn

Six the musical
