Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing well.

I wanted to update you all on the posting schedule for this page moving forward. Recently, I've struggled to meet the deadlines I've set for myself with posting stories. They have been late, sometimes by up to a week, for a few weeks in a row now. This situation has caused me a lot more stress than I can healthily handle.

I feel guilty whenever a story is late, even though the deadlines are not enforced by anything other than my own discipline. It's not healthy for me to continue stressing myself like this. With my full-time job from 9-6 Monday to Friday, my schedule is very packed, and it's even affecting my sleep.

I LOVE writing and I do not want to stop. So, I wanted to ask you all for your opinions.

Should I decrease my output by just a little and switch to biweekly stories?

Example:

Week 1: Story

Week 2: Break

Week 3: Story

Week 4: Break

Or would you prefer me to stick to the current posting schedule of 1st week of the month being my break week, and then 3-4 consecutive stories in the following weeks.

Example:

Week 1: Break

Week 2: Story

Week 3: Story

Week 4: Story

Your vote matters and would really help me be able to understand what you guys think.

Thanks.

Do whatever is healthiest for you! Taking care of yourself and handling stress should always come first.

Please choose whichever works best for you. Either work great to me! I actually think you post very often, so you are due for an extended break xD

Your health comes first, so even if you need to take a break that involves going dark for a month or two, do it! You are far more active than some of the other people I follow on here, so I feel spoiled whenever you post

If you feel you need an extra week for a break, you should take the extra week~ ❤️

I like the bi weekly posting a little more but I want you to have the schedule that works best for you. If you ever need to take a longer break between stories please do so and give us a heads up so we know. You're health both mentally and physically is important to us and I don't want to see you burn out or get stressed out by not meeting a story deadline.

From a burnout standpoint I think the bi weekly model offers a more regular pattern that will be easier to stick with. And (not that Ive seen it here) it reduces the risk of seeing a decline in quality toward the end of the month.

Reduce posting schedule as you need, and for however long you need it. Your health comes first. And don't hesitate to take a Patreon vacation. Bringing throttle back is the only way to avoid stress and burnout. Take good care of yourself, your health and wellness is the N°1 priority :)

Do you mean bimonthly? Biweekly would mean two uploads per week if I’m not mistaken. I’m down for whatever reduces stress and gives you more of a break, take care of your health first!
