Maybe it is not popular point, but two things. 1) please compress videos. Original quality vs compressed it is huge in size difference especially in downloading. 2) I really like your style, but I have strong feeling that you have minor differences in poses. Quantity over quality do not work. Maybe some loras from civitai? Or longer videos with some changes over 100 smaller?..

Generating videos longer than 5 seconds is not an option, as degradation and artifacts begin after that.

Regarding the poses, unfortunately the video models are not very smart yet. I tried loras, but it didn’t give much of an effect.

Using last frame of 5 sec for next scene?

The generation time increases too much + more generation time - more opportunity for the model to screw up
