Key lime pie being "invented" in the Florida Keys is not really confirmed (although Key West definitely claims it). The recipe is based on a lemon pie recipe that was created in New York by the Borden condensed milk company, and (as happens with all citrus recipes) people were quick to swap the citrus. Key limes, which originated in southeast Asia and were brought to the US by Columbus, are strongly associated with the Florida Keys, but they're pretty common throughout southern Florida, and were widely available across the US (primarily imported from Mexico).

Unpopular opinion cheese in general is absolutely disgusting. I literally have to have half of a half amount of cheese on my pizza that’s it.
