Thank you Bob for how you discussed Mistress' look by framing it as "she achieved a goal" and specifying that losing weight does not make you a better person. The way culture is turning to worship thin and the culture of fat vs thin in Drag Race right now hard to see as someone who is fat and trying to work on accepting your body. The way you talked about the subject respects Mistress' journey while also being respectful to don't want to be, or can't be, thin. Made me feel very seen, thank you for that ♥️

I think this is why those of us who aren’t into Ginger aren’t into her (I don’t hate her, I’m indifferent to Ginger really), she seems fake. Right now, it’s pretending to be so worried about the competition. Before it was: I mad that Alyssa eliminated me in AS2 instead of Katya, but also I would have sacrificed myself and not let Katya go home…even though I pled my case to the top queens of the week to stay. (Sub-point on AS2, when Ginger said Alyssa was threatened by her because they both do the same thing??? I mean they both do drag but who expects the same type of performance from Ginger and Alyssa?!?) That story about the ruby slippers on AS6. I mean she’s not Phi Phi O’Hara telling her “friend” that it would be best to take the magazine challenge from a serious angle level of fake, but still fake.

Not to be an MIB apologist, but on Race Chaser they’re always saying that when one of the queens starts posing questions to the group, a lot of times production has said “someone needs to talk about…”. I wonder if Mistress is just always the one who’s quick to take the prompt. (Which is why I think she’s so mad the next episode and clocked out. She’s willing to be the bad guy to get everyone talking, and she’s not getting the praise she feels she’s owed in return, so she’s Pressed.)

I assumed they would go back to regular all stars format in the merge. Either top 2 lip synch or top 1 vs assassin, but either way queens are voted off. I figured they’d do that til they got to top 3 and then add in the wild card.
