ive been loving these BH episodes, i never saw it when it was on TV but I'm glad I've experienced it now! Lymp was right, that last song was giving Folgers incest commercial, it was like he was serenading his dad! Another 00's british show you could react to a few episodes of (think it ended up running for 3 series so far too many to watch it all) is Primeval (time travelling dinosaurs, bad CGI, dodgy acting and a member of s-club 7 in the main cast, whats not to love?).

You should watch As If it you can get hold of it, it was very similar to this with the episodes being about one character but I remember it being really good. Also Sugar Rush maybe?

This show is so braindead, and yet here I am watching every video of it you two upload. haha. That "I Am Who I Am" number is so much nonsense, because Jez doesn't know who he is. It should have been an internal torment where he's surrounded by mirrors and begging for someone to tell him who he is, even though there's a version of himself in the background of the mirrors representing that only he can do that. I'm probably being too literal or too cerebral with how I envision that, but my point is that whoever wrote that clearly dropped the ball.

To me this episode was also the worst in another aspect: audio mix. The number of times I misheard the words, just to get from the context what's been really said... 🙈 Also, it really feels like they've switched Jez's "secret" from being gay to going to BH minutes before printing the script. I wonder if there was something on the TV at the time that approached the topic in a better way (I know, probably anything), and even the writers knew they would do much much worse
