My grandma passed away a couple of weeks ago and have been processing / helping my family process our loss. 

She was struggling with dementia and decrease in motor function for the last few years so it brings us ease to cherish our memories with her from her prime and know that she is no longer in pain.

The whole experience has been very bittersweet and has brought our family closer in these really weird times.

I made this track while I was back in my childhood hometown and it inadvertently represents that catharsis. Somber yet hopeful.
