This ep is definitely one of my faves! Just good vibes and learning more about Rintaro and his past/reasons. His mom has truly always been the goat and it must have been so heartbreaking to hear your own child say that he wants to give up on everything, I could not even imagine the pain she felt in that moment. No matter how many times I rewatch this, I always immediately start crying when we get to see her overhearing the conversation, genuinely so happy for her, cuz at this point it starts feeling like these are your own children LOL Also all of them are actually in their 2nd year! ♥ A Great reaction as always Lax

Yeah no parent would want to hear that. Rintaro’s mom continues to amaze me anytime she’s on screen. As much I love that Rintaro has all these friends around him now I have to say his mom deserves this happiness just as much because her baby boy is no longer giving up.
