This is the last episode that had some heavy cuts from the manga content but Terajima confirmed the episodes from here on out will be almost 100% true manga adaption. Im so ready 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Also I love seeing a good Mochi/Haruichi double play lol. Theyre ridiculous. The angle Haruichi wouldve had to hit that at for it to bounce straight back is insane.

That’s good to know. Yeah that double play was easily one of my favorite moments from this episode.

I'm ready for this Seido vs Ichidai game. Since season one we were told that this was the rivalry. For us as viewers Inashiro and Yakushi are more of our rivals, but in universe this is like Karasuno and Nekoma if they played in the same prefecture. We seen it before at the start of act II in the match that starts Eijun's push into becoming the ace, where coach struggled to take Furuya out and Ochidai had to remind him that he's letting the game slip. Kosei had no interest in Furuya, but he had all the interest in Eijun. It's now Ace vs Ace, Eijun vs Kosei, and for the first time in the series I would say EIjun actually has a personal opponent. Raichi was the closest person to that, but due to how Seido has played baseball Raich has always seen all the pitchers Seido has per game he's played against them.

When you hype it up like Karasuno and Nekoma I can’t help but get even more excited for this game. I do agree Inashiro and Yakushi felt more like rivals but Eijun has been wanting this so I’m expecting him to show out!
