Since I've run out of suggestions (that I can find assets for), I'd like to try something else for a change. Then, if I manage to get any of those assets in the meantime, I'll put together a poll for it!

I want to know what your favorite packs have been so far. What themes have you found most useful? As an artist, there are particular things that I look for when it comes to references, but what I need is not always the same for another person.

Leave a comment below on which theme or pack has helped you, or that you would like to see again!

Soph

all of the body type refs and the size difference couple references have been the most helpful to me. Ive missed the variance of bodies in your most recent references to be totally honest

kingcholera

Thank you for this! I can try to adjust some poses to include that size difference more often and bring back more body diversity to all of the packs as well.

Le

The hand pose packs and the nsfw couple packs have been lifesaving

Dez

Fabric/cloth refs have been super helpful. I also love using the NSFW couple packs. Keep up the good work !

Hayles

The group pose collections are very helpful. Especially with different body types and heights

A. Kris Nielson (Nimhrodell)

I've really been enjoying the couples (trios), the intimate references, and particularly the ghost references.

DesireeU

I definitely agree with others about particularly enjoying couple poses, especially the nsfw and size difference ones! My fave single themes so far have been royalty, and the simpler standing ones (they're a lifesaver when it comes to finding neutral but not too boring poses for quick reference sheets!). But honestly I've loved everything from you so far, bless you for helping SO much other fellow artists with your hard work 🙏

There’s no specific packs that jump out to me at the moment other than ones already said, but I love the packs that have really expressive poses, ones that are super dynamic as I really like to photo bash them into the specific reference I need, so I love when the single person ones are very expressive. Duos and trios are great too because characters interacting hard and these make it really handy to picture and also photo bash keeping 3d shapes in mind! I’d like to second clothing, any fabric or hats, especially flowy dresses and robes are so clutch too! (Also big fan of the diverse body types and couple combos, also the nsfw and pinups are great! Especially because nsfw male refs are very hard to find and nsfw female refs can be. . . Well we all know! And yours are awesome!)

Vesper Lark

I have really enjoyed the couple poses, especially the NSFW ones and the ones that include trans bodies! I really love all the diverse body references and the only thing I think I want to see more of is something in the same vein as the “everyday standing” poses. I really like to have some basic references for portraits and character focused pieces.

Some of my favorite packs are anything featuring floating or flying characters, the mage/mage apprentice packs and anything with swords! I draw a lot of high fantasy/D&D artwork so having pose references helps me with my magic users or melee fighters! I also loved the dynamic angles that were in one of the sword packs and use them a lot!

Lopolvo

I really like the couples, especially with different body types and poses infecting in interesting ways. I loved the models from the haunted house and trio sets

Kevin

I've found a ton of use for simple walking poses, or even standing in the more casual positions.

kingcholera

I can't keep up! Thank you SO much for all of your comments; you have no idea how helpful they are. I'm writing everything down to refer back to, and I already have several packs planned for the next few months that will fulfill a lot of these requests for you. 🖤

TheBirdArts

Big agree on everyone saying the couples poses, having multiple body types and angles as well as such a variety of poses is really useful, as well as royalty and other sitting poses being very useful. The body type packs are also great for studying and I love the life each model is given

Rukis

Couples stuff for sure, but also more hand references would be great, including hands holding various objects

Zdravko M

Seconding dynamic poses and expressions! My favorite packs are interacting characters, and the odd or interesting poses (or normal poses but from fun perspectives)

Lief

Character standing poses (great for reference sheets), couples poses (ESPECIALLY with fantasy-esque height differences, since it's very hard to find references for that elsewhere), and magical-themed poses (like the sorcerer ones) are my go-to's, since I mostly make fantasy art :) Thanks for all you do! <3

Nathaniel

I like the ones that have poses you can't do in real life a lot. Floating poses, that sort of stuff. Also generally all things fantasy, I got a lot of use out of the sorcerer packs especially.

Chelsea Larson Art

I am also a fan of the fantasy poses. I draw a lot of caster-type characters, so the more fantastical and magical poses that you don’t really see in real life are especially helpful.

BillyBoi Artz & Cosplay

All the different couple refs have been the most helpful for me! I think facial expressions would also help

Vanneth

You provide so much good and varied material, but I did want to single out your NSFW pose packs. All of the angles and also perspectives on each individual pose are super helpful in a reference sense and also for finding just the right variation of a pose to suit characters, mood, and scenario for an individual art piece. I also really appreciate the creativity and variety of the poses, especially ones like the first pose (images 1-20) from (NSFW) Couples References IV and the first pose (images 1-30) from 240 NSFW References IV (Jun.2023). Just getting non-penetrative poses in general is much appreciated, but getting creative and manageable variations thereof really is wonderful. I also appreciate the variety in your pose models in and of itself and also because it provides a sense of ease/comfort/safety in using your pose references when getting art of my chronically ill, sapphic OC and her wife, who is transfem.

Gina Biggs

I write/draw Romance comics, so the Couples packs and Trio packs have been super helpful! I love all your pose references, but these two types are ones I definitely get the most excited to see!

Wimble Bimbler

Love your work! I get really excited by the niche poses- funky angles with props or untraditional use of a prop (like standing up but leaning over the back of chair) it’s the poses that almost seem like they are a panel in a comic book like they have a bit of story to them. Not only does this broaden my studying. But sometimes these poses have so much personality or thought put behind them it inspires me to vary my approach to drawing scenes. The amount of time your efforts have saved me, not to mention helping me grow is priceless tho.

AvG

There were wheelchair poses once that i LOVE, I'm always looking for more mobility aid reference photos and maybe even couple poses/romance poses with people with mobility aids? thanks as always for your resources I use them all the time

hpysprkl

I really love the poses that feature a specific clothing item - the button-down shirt was probably my favorite so far, but they were all great. Also loved the western themes as well!

Seraph

Would love more portrait packs. Others can be cropped, but its not the same!

motherherbivore

I like the heavy emotion poses like the pleading and wounded packs! Fashion poses have also been great

Melisa Dalton

I've mostly found use for the weapon poses. More of them that show foreshortening (weapons pointed at the camera) would be fantastic tho. Also, perhaps poses where someone is very clearly losing the fight, struggling to walk, crawling, injured, etc. I've also gotten a lot of use out of the ones that show close interaction between two people (ie hugs/kisses).

Twice

I use a lot of the NSFW pose packs because it is hard to find just the angle you want for something. Unusual NSFW poses are especially helpful. The ones I would find particularly useful would be someone resting their head on someone‘s lap, squeezing a pillow, NSFW with items, intimate poses (like brushing someone‘s hair or foot massage etc)

Bad Blood Bear

big muslce women with big boobs and buts

Bloodytonic

i would love to see some references of like portrait poses, like how Royal and Noble families would have portraits of the family standing or sitting together. Very specific but I think it would be neat

KisforKarol

So, maybe it's a weird suggestion... but have you ever thought of gender bending some of your packs? Simply going back and doing the poses with the opposite gender?
