Haida quickly learned what it means to work hard outside of the office space. Using all that energy after not working out for a while. Really tends to get the blood pumping. 

But that's what breaks are for, Dokachin is used to it and so are his co-workers, they don't seem to mind... and besides! Who doesn't like a show every now and then?
