Heya! ( But you may have seen some of them it's hard to keep track! ) Hope you like them! No PSD this month unfortunately, I just haven't painted anything new from scratch this month! Gotta love the silly sketchy doodles but it is insane to me how you go from those rough thumbnails to the finished result!

I am an insanely messy doodler. I sort of think on the page to get an idea of what I wanna pursue lol. I think some people are better than me at just deciding what they'll go for in their head ( or they look up reference ) I tend to just scribble haha

Its refreshing to see actually, a lot of artists (myself included) definitely feel intimidated when a rough sketch is as clean/detailed as the final result so the chaotic doodles are brilliant, they still show direction and are still easy to read... for the most part 😅

Haha I really love seeing it too because I relate to it! If you read One Piece you'll see Eiichiro Oda include his rough layouts sometimes, and they are INSANELY loose too! But I bet he nails them pretty quickly after that since he's incredibly fast. I'm very slow so it takes me a TON of hours to actually go from the rough to the final haha. ( Especially for the game art that has different poses and expressions and things going on! )

Honestly this might get me to read One Piece, but this is why I adore looking at these goodie posts because I get to see the process and somewhat learn from it, especially how to set up and compose drawings, through just looking at the early stages of you work ive learned a lot and im incredibly grateful!

They aren't included that often but when they are I always find it super fascinating! They aren't common enough to earn a read on their own, but the story is good too and I was surprised he was so chaotic. HAHA i don't think i thought of it that way when I drew it! It's just her blacksmith hammer. It does look a bit like mjölnir though maybe......... Perhaps she is a thunder goddess.
