Heya! Here are the files for May 2026!https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/52iqlhwqi6nzosb99ez3p/ADqXFkih9aPhHyI-9B-cPU0?rlkey=vakn15ewej26zs8kxej0ld03o&st=p7prlyxj&dl=0Two very big PSDs this month! These were very complex pictures with a lot going on, and the layers show them building up gradually! I merge my image down a lot and paint on top to clean things up which you will see in the layer stacks! Hope you like seeing the process, thank you for supporting!!

I honestly didn't really get " stuck " in the process of the big castle background. I had the doodle I made years ago to start from, and then I was able to use that to project new, cleaner perspective kinda. ( Since I know how to draw staircases in perspective! as long as they arent turning. ) A big thing requiring a lot of attention throughout is making sure the elements are balanced. It's important that the paintings in the back arent too contrasty or ruin the depth, and for the piece to feel balanced still. I kinda made the characters on the very sides of the paintings face inwards towards the center, and Emelie's mom is in the middle and highest, so I think that makes the piece feel pretty nice and balanced even with so many points of interest! On the aquarium piece it was tricky to draw Emelie's pose early on since It's always tricky to draw a dynamic pose from frontview to me. ( especially in 1920 x 1080 cus its a wide format. ) And then the piece is so layered with depth with the foreground, then Emelie, then the player behind her, then the BACK aquarium. I put the foreground on its entirely own layers so it didn't get too messy.
