I haven't watched this season yet because of the backlash but I've heard good things about episode 8. I also heard OP had a banger this week. I cant wait to get into it.

Aparently if you stop at a certain frame of episode 8 you can see the editing date, it says November 19th, meaning they only finished the episodes a few weeks ago. Poor animators are prob being worked

Finally some good eps. Atomic samurai is the guy, need to see more of him. Regarding Saitama’s lack of screentime, it’s like Luffy. He’s not always going to be in every episode or stretches at times. The side cast in OPM is good to focus on outside of him, like Op has different pirate crews, the marines or even other island happenings.

Flashy Flash was the fight in the manga I was really looking forward to and against all odds they delivered! The producers/animators have said next episode is something they put a lot of effort and passion into so I’m excited to see what they cooked up

Ya'll keep forgetting...One Punch Man is satire/comedy. Not concentrating on the main character cause we have to wait for him to get to the main battle, having long dialogues and speeches by cool characters or villains, all that, is meant to make fun of battle/action anime, (namely Dragonball/DBZ really).

Episode 8 was not bad. I do miss seeing Saitama in his own anime though.

Yeah so for this anime theres build up on other characters, which in turn shows their strength and potential of development which all leads back to saitama in a sense. Its more like a build up for a future plot because every detail explained to other characters and side characters can be associated to something in the bigger picture.
