They came out with an Undead Unluck winter special that's a canon arc from the manga. I wouldn't react though unless they announce a season 2.

This is basically the start of Subarus real journey. Season 3 is where we actually step outside of the personal conflicts of his camp now that its finally established and see the world of Rezero truly.

For Elsa its never outright said in the show again but essentially if you keep hitting her eventually she runs out of "Battery" to heal and can die.

As for Beatrice and Subaru. This aint a Rudy situation he sees her like a little sister and battle partner due to how compatible they are. She is also a spirit not a human so she really doesnt have feelings that way as far as we know.

Very VERY specifically Subaru does not want to and did not claim to be "That person" because if he did Betty would have be contractually become his slave. Instead she is choosing to break the contract and choose him anyway of her own free will. Which was probably the intended goal in the first place was to see if a spirit would actually break a contract of its own volition on Echidnas end.

Here’s some meaningful information Subaru broke his gate when he fought Garf- as a result he can no longer use magic and it just builds up in him until he explodes. The only way to save Subaru is for Betty (Beatrice) to make contact and take his magic. Garfield also said he thought it would take him 4-6 times to kill Elsa for good. So she just ran out of lives. I think he kept biting her main neck vain until he saw the damage stick.

dust can explode when in contact with fire but it depends ln if if that dust was made from a flammable material, whatever subaru thew wasn't flammable enough but he had the right idea, bad execution.

I think y'all missed the imo obvious implication that the Witch of Wrath is Emilia's mom. Telling her that she knows her mom, crying and saying that she has no right to complain when Emilia mentions her adopted mom, and then hugging her while not letting her see her. Even ignoring all that we know that Emilia's mom was a human witch that doesn't have the same hair or eye color as her, which alone only really leaves Wrath, Lust, or Sloth.

not really a lot of lore or facts. Just from Echidna saying that shes a daughter of a witch, there are 8 candidates max to begin with.

But a witch doesn't mean one of the witches of sin. For example, many other characters are specified to be witches, and this includes Emilia.

They've made it pretty clear throughout the story that being a witch refers to one of only 8 people, with the exception of Emilia because she looks identical to the witch of envy. Furthermore this is Echidna, there's no way that she wouldn't know who is or isn't actually a witch. There really isn't any other way to interpret it

Being clear is not what re zero does in the anime. In the novels, yes but the show does not. My only point is that it was not an obvious thing to recognize about the theory on her mother. Especially with the translations, missing information, convoluted dialogue, etc. This theory is talked about in posts and not agreed upon. It is a likely theory but not confirmed so it is not fair to call it obvious especially with the time differences between Minerva and Emilia being frozen.
