Simply "omitting" is not lyin, Omission with the intent to deceive or hurt someone IS, you read that specially jerry. Every day people omit things bc sometimes its not other peoples business, But omitting somewhere in like court can be considered "dishonesty" and not necessarily "lying". I would say kim isnt lying, i would say shes not giving jimmy the reasons why he should take the deal, bc she has insider info now, and telling jimmy could hurt her after she stuck up for him, so she told him in the best way she could

I think Rob forgot that Jimmy literally had criminal charges from his slippin jimmy days, there’s no way a credible law school takes him in even if chuck theoretically helped him, the way jimmy did it is the only way he could’ve done it. In chuck’s mind, jimmy would never be good enough to be a lawyer

No. The Bar Exam is different per state, not university and that’s only for the states that are not part of the uniform bar. Your law school matters in terms of preparation, course quality, rankings that help you find employment.

The last scene is one of the reasons why jimmy turns into Saul. Like jimmy is trying to do good but but Chuck calling and treating him like „slippin Jimmy“ is pushing him into the Saul direction, I get that for some people you are who they met you as, but fact is Jimmy found the case, and chuck is still kicking Jimmy out of the lawyers realm. Listen to the J.I.D song gz‘ he saying, black people trying to to good but if people keep calling us gangstas and thugs eventually there is a chance that we become that. Jimmy had Bad quality’s but everybody has those, people and he himself turned him into Saul that is not his fault alone 🙌🏿
