Gintoki really is like Luffy if you think about how they both can be goofy most of the time but when they want to get serious, they get serious

RT TV

I soo can't wait for THAT episode. Still long before they react to it but I'm excited. Once you guys start on the hundred episode it will be peak. Well, gintama itself is peak loll

Cycy

No don't do that, the movie includes characters that appears long after this arc, sooo spoilers!

Chi

So glad we got these 2 episodes. Episode 27 was one of my favorites in the series so far, loved the serious undertone of it. Can’t wait to get to more serious arcs

Chi

SLEEZYDADON716

ModernDayReality

The booger scene is a reference to mr. 5 from one piece

Aaa

Is the movie really better though? The original feels more authentic and has a fire ending

Aaa

Zura for sure

bluehef

yea these were fire

gunchar

@Aaa Yes the movie is better, to such a big degree that it's not even a contest to be frank.

Ku Nilsen

I wouldn't say he is really like Luffy. A bit just ebacuse they enjoy being goofy, but how and why they are goofy is very different from eachother I think. Luffy's serius is often just as goofy as wehn he is having fun.

adya shady

Yes I do think the movie is better, the spoiler only for character appearances, it's not like plot spoiler or anything. By the time they reach that characters, usually people already forgot they've seen them in the benizakura movie
