Nah, they could've just kept this movie in a desk drawer somewhere. It should've been a TV season instead, and I'm not sure how I feel about the next TV show installment. Tommy did stuff he'd never do. Plus, we had to deal with Cuck Mosley, and it didn't even get resolved. And if the spin-off is about Duke leading the Peaky Blinders after offing Tommy, that's a wild move, and I'm not sure I'm on board. It'd be like Boruto killing Naruto and then the show just being about him, and we're supposed to care.

I'm doing it this way because I'm not trying to spoil it for anybody who hasn't seen the movie yet. In case anyone is wondering, I think It's rushed and undercooked. If you like it cool, but I think season 6 is the last chapter of Tommy Shelby, and this is a really long epilogue.

i mean yea, but this is showing his “true end” and also setting up the sequel. It wasn’t rushed imo, it was to the point and telling a time in history but including how tommy played a part in it. They wanted one last hoorah for tommy and his character and then a set up for the sequels. It’s Bitter Sweet and i love that

I just read that they were making the sequel with Netflix, and Cillian Murphy was involved. Is it about Duke? Do you know, because if it is with this ending, I don't know if that works. But then again, I guess power works, and I guess I didn't hate Book 2, so maybe.

YESSSS MOVIE OF THE YEAR FOR ME OMG!! RIP Ada. Out of all Shelby siblings SHE deserved her happy ending! =( I thought she would get it, I wanted her to... but the life her brothers/aunt ran, this was bound to happen at some point. Her death hurt as much as aunt Polly's man

Yes i’m pretty sure Duke is going to be the new lead and i like his look for being the lead and i’d like to see how he grows after this movie, because i wasn’t sure if he would actually betray him or not until he was in the office fr. But i think it’ll work, depending on what they implement history wise for duke character but also Cillian being involved is even more of a good addition, Steven Knight created this entire series so i trust him alone but yea
