I got you! The X's you see are read as "chome" which is the same as "bleep". It's the Japanese equivalent to blocking out a curse word. Sort of like how we have asterisks (*) to block out curse words. So, when you see Otsu's song titles like "Your mom is a chome chome", it's basically "your mom is a bleep bleep". She could be saying any nasty curse word right there, lol.
