Great episode. I'm looking FORWARD to what's to come this season. Sucks that the LEGENDARY Kevin Conroy couldn't reprise his role of "Baines" this season. RIP to that LEGEND. Ian James Corlett picking up the "Baines" role was great choice.

Fun Fact: Tony Todd was also in this (another great actor that died recently). He played Candy Man in the OG and the recent Remake lol. He was ORIGINALLY Mundus... but they recast him. You can still hear his voice as several of the demons (TS 15:30 he's all of the red demons) throughout this season tho! He's Beowulf towards the end of this one lol

Direct answers to Jerry's questions: TS 12:30 Mundus is dealt with in DMC1 and never returned until an after credit scene in DMC3 which leads to a fight with Vergil off-screen... TS 17:30 That's Lucia from DMC2. Don't look it up, because it's MAD spoilers, yo. I watched a video of ALL of her cutscenes, and she has one of the crazier storylines in all of DMC. STAY AWAY FROM DMC2 spoilers!!! (P.S. Uroboros is a company from DMC2, but it's also the virus in RE5... lol, Capcom, I swear) TS 25:15ish Vergil's sword is called Yamato. C'mon Jerry! You knew that one lmao. Remember DMC5's WHOLE PLOT TWIST??? 😄 TS 29:10 (Wellz about Jester VA) Jester is voiced by Ray Chase, who isn't even doing his regular voice. He's most known for voices like Tengen Uzui and Sukuna (DS and JJK dubs) and Roy from Super Smash Bros. lol BUT.. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say WELLZ was thinking of his role in Re:Zero... Roswaal On that note, Robbie Daymond, who voices Vergil, voiced Reinhard in Re:Zero too lol My ONE question this reaction: "...Why is Jerry wearing a LIFE JACKET???" 🤣

Here's the summary of what you might have missed watching this: 1. Mundus is from DMC1. He's the original leader of Hell that Sparda was told to have rebelled against when he fled to the Human World. Also, who Sparda locked out of the Human world with his Barrier (The necklaces and Sword opened it in s1) 2. Jester... Jerry, STFU and don't spoil NOTHING. 3. Arius is the villain from DMC2 who started the Uroboros company. Everything you need to know SHOULD be shown and/or explained in the season. Lucia (Red head girl) is also from DMC2. YES, there are two of her/them. 4. This show is literally blending 6 stories into one, so be patient if you're a fan of the games. -The 2 final villains from DMC 1 with a revised history (Mundus and Nelo Angelo, aka Vergil) -The main plotline from DMC2, but a younger Dante -Bits and pieces of DMC3, including ALL of the characters in it -Little concepts, like opening portals, from DMC the spin-off game. -Allusions to DMC5 (Not shown yet) -Tiny details, like villains and weapons, from DMC4 (DMC4 is the LEAST represented of the games in this show) 5. Nelo Angelo was orignally how Vergil was introduced. He didn't get the name Vergil until DMC3 and they never drew him back to the original DMC 1 character. However, it's been obvious from the lore that Vergil was always Nelo Angelo.

Mundus is from DMC1, Argosax is from DMC2. So is the creator of Darkcom and that dual blade redhead chick. The one eyed demon that got checked by Vergil is from DMC3 as well as the hot succubus chick sitting at the table

It's NOT an anime. The Boondocks is NOT an anime. ATLA is NOT an anime.... They were ALL animated by Studio Mir in Korea. The correct term would be "Aeni" (Aye-Knee) for Korean animation. They based their whole style on anime, but their shows are all typically considered to be American or Western animations.
