The plumbers are police but the first plumber didn’t give Ben a warning bc the situation was different they were facing a threat right then and there and like pat and wellz said it’s not his job to enforce things like that but the second plumber had reports of 3 humans impersonating plumbers bc that’s what they were doing they never went to any academy or got formal training and no one said they are plumbers they didn’t even know the ranks. It’s the plumbers job to take care of threats around the universe Max was with them in the beginning but he is gone now so they don’t have anyone to vouch for them. Just bc Ben has the watch doesn’t mean he is a plumber

Also the plumbers existed years before ben.Max was a plumber in his mid 20s onward they have the watch logo bc of the creator not Ben. The series is about Ben but you’ll see as the series goes on the picture is bigger than him. Sorry for the long comment been watching Ben 10 since I was 12 years old I’m 23 now. W Reaction.

To be fair the DNAliens are being very very covert about everything they have been doing. So no wonder the Plumbers have no idea about them on earth, the only reason that one Plumber knew about them in episode 1 of Alien Force was cause he & Max were working the case together until Max went out on his own to investigate. Curious about Kevin’s dad & I’m gonna assume his mom is human cause Kevin even said it himself when they met the Fire kid “most plumbers are part alien mainly the plumbers are” No wonder Kevin knows so much about plumbers kids he is one

The first plumber had an idea of what was going on, as he himself said that he was investigating Max's disappearance and the case. This one is there SPECIFICALLY because of a report that 3 teenagers were impersonating plumbers

The thing is that in the first episode, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin weren't even a team, and the plumber had died before they were a team, so there was nothing to report about. The plumber we met in this episode had gotten a report about how Ben's team previous missions.

Just wanted to say the creator of the Omnitrix is named Azmuth and that the dropped his name this episode, also remember that the Omnitrix isn’t a weapon and was supposed to be used for understanding other races; it’s alluded to in this episode that Azmuth has some say in Plummer affairs when the Magistrate say “I don’t care what Azmuth says”.

Jerry is objectively wrong in the sense that even if all the plummers spare under the same department that doesn’t mean the lower levels are following the rules, I work a serving job and I cut corners because I know what is going to save me time; but my Manager in my department would not cut those corners because he’s of a higher authority.
