When will the Avatar movie get posted?

Mr.Nitro

Omfg I totally forgot peak came back tokday. Let's GOOOOOO

Bleach Calaminator

Part 1 was the Blood Warfare test run introduction Part 2 was the consistent development payback in blood of Separation Part 3 was the Revelations & Twists of Conflict redefining everything we know Part 4 is the Calamity of Worlds & those who were once called “Ryoka” to save it. Back in Soul Society, our main cast were seen as outsiders by the soul reapers, referred to as “Ryoka” (‘Traveling Calamities’), now end up needing them to come together to be the very ones to stop the calamity of the worlds. This is the part where everything comes full circle. Now we’ve heard the term “Special War Potentials/Power Threats” from Yhwach early on in the arc, and it was immediately obvious that Ichigo for his latent potential, Aizen for his spiritual pressure and Kenpachi for his combat strength were among them, however this was before Ichibe was introduced and proved himself with his Wisdom hax, and finally Kisuke who almost never gets directly involved and usually plans behind the scenes, revealing himself through his Unpredictability/Unknown means or as Askin put it “Incalculable Tricks” with one of those now being showcased through none other than his partner Yoruichi- “Senkei: Shunryū Kokubyō Senki” (‘Flash War Cry: God of Thunder Beast Battle Form: Flash Black Cat Warrior Goddess’) This is an even higher, more feral hybrid transformation. Yoruichi gains cat-like features—such as energy-based claws, ears and a tail as her spiritual pressure shifts wildly dozens of times per second, and she fights purely on animal instinct with massive speed & power. Despite the obvious drawback, it’s limited to just 5 mins. Lastly, Uryu Vs Jugram is and will continue to be almost completely anime original, just like his fight with Ichigo.

Bleach Calaminator

Bleach TYBW Episode 41– “God Of Thunder” Keyword Page Uryu Ishida “The last Quincy. After the war between the “Invisible Empire” and the 13 Court Guard Squads broke out, he joined Yhwach’s ranks, received the blood oath, and was granted the power of the Schrift “A”. He became an enemy of Ichigo Kurosaki and the Soul Reapers, but his true intention was to defeat Yhwach. He carried the weight of the meaning of the “Auswählen” from 9 years ago, which was recorded in the journal left by his grandfather and master, Soken Ishida, and the secret of the true world revealed by Yhwach—and approached Yhwach in order to protect his comrades. Now that he has revealed everything, he joins Ichigo Kurosaki and others in the final battle to save the world.”

As usual, TYBW's 1st episodes SNAPPED! I'm looking forward to see how this PHENOMENAL, LEDGENDARY series end.

I don't know why everyone's hyping this like this will be the best cour. The best content was last cour, in terms of fights, writing, character work. Mayuri, Shunsui, their lieutenants, and the Bazz B vs Jugo episode. And the cour before that, we had Kenpachi vs Gremmy and the superb Rukia episode, which people were liking more than Gear 5 at the time. I hope Pierrot can really impress me with this, but by this 1st episode it looks like it will be good, great even. But not on the same level of the other cours. Animation sequences don't mean everything. Level of investment matters too. And I was invested in the previous cours material more

Peak is back

Interesting discussion, I wanted to add some stuff I think is worth considering with Bleach. Ichigo's core crew being 'less interesting' than Straw Hats or Team 7 is actually intentional. Ichigo's group aren't adventurers or soldiers, they're ordinary humans who walked into a war that had nothing to do with them purely out of loyalty. Chad fights for others, never himself, that's his entire code. Orihime's arc is about love, powerlessness and what it means to keep going anyway, having the courage to keep going, ifykyk. Uryu carries generational trauma and pride for a nearly extinct clan. None of them asked for this world, and I think that restraint is part of the character writing. On the "Bleach isn't more interesting than Naruto, OP and JJK" point, I'd push back, there's genuinely deep stuff once you dig into the nuances and core themes of the show. A lot of people read the plot as just "war after war," but theres far more to the story it's actually stagnation vs evolution. Soul Society is a 2,000+ year old institution that hasn't fundamentally changed, rigid tradition, outdated law, a system built to preserve itself. Aizen is the first real disruption to that in centuries. The Quincy conflict is literally about a nearly extinct race clawing back from stagnation to overtake the power that outlasted them. Yhwach's whole ability, seeing every possible future, is stagnation taken to its logical extreme, if nothing can surprise you, nothing can change. Ichigo is the direct counter to that, he keeps evolving past what anyone expects, Shinigami, Hollow, Quincy, Fullbring, and that unpredictability is literally what breaks Yhwach's prophecy. Once you see that as the actual core conflict, the story reads a lot deeper than just escalating power levels. Few villains in anime touch Aizen for philosophical depth either. His arc mirrors Milton's Paradise Lost, rebelling against a corrupt god, and he never really gets defeated ideologically, just sealed. Aizen and Urahara are also kind of living out Nietzsche's Übermensch in practice, both reject the existing moral/cosmic order as something to transcend rather than obey, they just take completely different paths with it. Urahara works in the shadows to protect the world he sees flaws in, Aizen tries to burn it down and rebuild it in his image. Same starting philosophy, opposite execution. The Soul Society arc is still one of the greatest narrative bait and switches ever written, and the aesthetic and symbolism Kubo builds is honestly unmatched. Something I think gets missed a lot is that Bleach really thrives in thematic nuance, it doesn't spell everything out for you. Courage, identity, nihilism, fighting for others vs yourself, corruption of power, it's all layered under the surface. And that seems intentional, Kubo's talked in interviews about writing against typical shonen tropes, no sad villain backstories, no guaranteed protagonist wins. Feels like a creator who trusted the audience enough not to info dump everything. Totally get the JJK love too, the animation is incredible. I'd argue the writing more inconsistent compared to Bleach. Not saying Bleach is better across the board, just that there's a lot more going on under the hood than it sometimes gets credit for.

KING ICHIGO

Jjk core group over bleach core group that's a horrible take fushijuro had all the potential in the world and fumbled it, the girl died with out enough character development itadori is a mid mc who we only care about because of sukuna and gojo carries hard. BLEACH group not that crazy ether but way better the Jjk and if we talking about all characters then jjk don't stand a chance

Miguel

Jjk is literally temu bleach, the copy will never be better than the original

Sakib

Uryu never flipped he just had a plan and went with it

Aaa

I feel like the big 3 all started incredibly strong but kind of lost their way as the stories went on. Naruto went downhill after the Pain arc, especially during the latter half of the war and the Kaguya bullshit . One Piece started losing me with Wano, and Bleach (at least the manga) suffered because Kubo had to rush the ending. As for jjk, never been a fan of the show due to the unnecessarily overcomplicated battle system and mediocre story line.

Kai-lo

In terms of the big 3 I think all have what makes them interesting but bleach's cosmology has far more layers then Naruto or one piece. One piece is the longest out of the three so people feeling invested more in the core cast than others makes scene and most of team 7 is directly connected to the plot itself. Ichigo's friends are more of a supporting cast that aren't directly affecting the course of the story. People can have their own preferences that's fine we all do but it's a little difficult to compare casts when all three shows are doing different things.

Bleach Calaminator

Call this confirmation bias or whatever but Rob and Jerry without a shadow of a doubt as explicitly as possible prove that you really need to have open mind and a little more levelheaded with critical thinking to appreciate the nuance and poetic writing style of Bleach, and considering how they’ve always been as essentially the hype man and contrarian of the group, it makes sense that this series was never inherently for them. However, it’s cause of ppl like them that are surface level critics that pushes the fans like myself to passionately support it even more making up for them to the point of we’re now working with more than what was supposed to be it’s final arc + with the manga returning. So I guess thank you for the support! The results are in the series favor and Bleach is here to stay

The Artist

A group reaction to understand bleach lore like you did with one piece could actually do the group wonders

Jordan Branch

I disagree with bleach being the least interesting of the big 3 but understand why yall say it. Bleach doesn't have a linear Storyline and His world building builds on the complexity of concepts and themes. While One piece have a more linear storyline both are good just one is more Direct. I think Most writers would prefer Bleach which is why All most all New gen is inspired by Bleach but from the audience Perpective it would entice yall unless you truly dive into the World. Great Reaction as always

Miguel

30:15 like every single villain in fairy tail?

Miguel

Saying bleach has worse side characters than NARUTO is insane, shippuden is notoriously known for not developing most of their side characters

Miguel

Rob hating on bleach with a bleach hoodie lol

Jeramie

Avatar movie??

SinuHan

They spazzed with this one. Bleach id way more interesting than Naruto for me, and probably just slightly less interesting than One Piece but everyone’s got different opinions

SinuHan

If its just strength everyone in ichigo’s squad wipes naruto and one piece’s core squads by themselves

Neji404

Fan service was definitely part of this episode 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Ben Pines

We finally get to see the orignial thunderclap and flash animated, finally. Genuinely can't wait to see what else is gonna be added in the anime and for kubo to get back to the hell arc once the anime wraps up.

Dante

Why y’all disrespecting Bleach like that?

Just Yu

The new legend of aang movie is out. Looking forward to seeing y'all reaction 🗣

Cedric

Bleach is back!!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥

Dandy Zoran

The Yams were strong this episode.

Six Paths

I agree that Bleaches story and Ichigo's crew aren't particularly interesting compared to the other big three, but Rob was going a bit overboard with the hate there. Bleach definitely has it's strengths, but neither of those things were ever the main draw for me.

Chjam3

Bleach fans always swear by bleach and want you to be like bleach over everything and we just don’t. It’s a decent anime but it’s just is what i said decent

Chjam3

Midness and overhype is back baby
