Oh I really can't wait to see Regina grows to building height! Btw, I am wondering if every female character will grow in the future or some of them will even shrink?

I would say most main female characters would grow, while 1 or 2 remain still to have height comparison maybe. And for the shrink element, I do not have a plan to put shrinking in this story at the moment. The shrinking might somehow distract attention from the 'growing' topic of the story.
