Pain didn't say he'd send a Jinchuriki to each Nation. He said "Tailed-Beast Weapons" he would use their extracted power to create pretty much WMDs

It's not like Jiraiya was there for a day and then left. He was with them for 3 YEARS. Not only that but his own village. along with the rest of the world was fighting a war and he was pretty much forced to leave due to those circumstances. If there were times of world peace or something he wouldn't have the need to just up-and-leave. Then he heard they died while they were still at war, so when the war ended he had no reason to return and resume their training which he might've planned, There is no perfect scenario in a situation like that but Jiraiya did a lot more than anyone else probably would have, in the end we see the result of all of it, but none of us ever know what future our actions will dictate. We do our best with what we can in the moment.

The sealing jutsu used to seal different tailed beasts are different. Each village has their own sealing techniques and each has very different properties. That's why there are also differences in how the Jinchuriki use their tailed beast powers. More detail coming on this, the key and the Kyuubi incident will come later.

So you think Sharingan has evil roots hun? Interesting thought. Especially makes sense given how the Mangekyo sharingan works and the kind of people Madara and Itachi are. Atleast our boy Sasuke is a kind and gentle soul...I was so glad to know that Orochimaru did not influence his personality in any negative sort of way.

I meant to share this on the last post but better late than never. Just an interesting insight into the literary origin of Jiraiya and the other Sannin and where the author got it from. I'm also extremely impressed by how skilled a fighter Jiraiya is here. Using shadow clones for buying himself time, using barrier ninjutus along with this new sage jutsu power. Very impressed!
