The mizukage thought Madura wanted to kill Tsunade first because she was a medical ninja. Nah he just hates her being a senju.

Itachi does hate the ninja world because people can’t be peaceful and there is always bad blood and war. He only killed his family because they were terrorist trying to destroy the hidden leaf. Which would cause more violence and lead to a civil war.

Maybe putting this in a simple way would help with all the Itachi-Sasuke problem that you have: Itachi stop the Uchiha's plot againts the village and in the same time to prevent that the Uchiha's name is tainted Itachi branded himself as a villain and rogue ninja that killed his clan for Sasuke to kill him so he can be a hero in the eyes of the village....well, that didn't work out quit well jajaja, so now Itachi is in a uncharted territory with Sasuke but he doesn't have any negative feelings againts him, nothing, absolutely nothing, Itachi is not disappointed for Sasuke, its just that his plan for him didn't work as he wanted (Killed him and be a hero to the village, that was the right path he mentioned). I watched all the video with the discussion but I still can't understand what is the problem with the reunion of Sasuke and Itachi on episode 332, Itachi indeed was in a hurry because he needs to undo the Reanimation Jutsu (which is the most important thing right now), but Sasuke needs to walks his paths on his own now that the truth come out, Itachi has nothing more to offer regarding Sasuke.

When he was alive, Itachi did what he could do to help Sasuke walk the right path and he failed. This time he has put his faith in Naruto and he won't try to do everything by himself. Also Itachi is not the most straight forward person...he does not show his care and affection explicitly...I know you want him to be a little more direct with Sasuke but...😅

Well, actually rewatching all the discussion after episode 332, you got a lot of points that you'll remember after the next episodes (For example, Itachi treating Sasuke like a ''child''). However, still Itachi can't talk to Sasuke and answer all his questions and things in that moment because that conversation is not important , its really not, its actually a drag, undoing the Reanimation Jutsu is much more important (Saving the world>family reunion), thats why Itachi keep saying that they would talk later (which means after defeating Kabuto). Itachi is not being a dick, he did answer some things with the truth (Sasuke was innocent and didn't deserve to die because of the Uchiha's plotting, Itachi deserved to die by his hand for doing what he did, the signpost, etc.)

The tree that you see Naruto carrying in the old opening is called a tanabata tree. In Japanese culture, people write their wishes on a piece of paper and tie it to the tree. Its symbolism for how Naruto is carrying everyone's wishes and dreams. Beautiful! ❤️
