just clarifying, those two at the end are Otsutsuki's from the same clan as Kaguya. you can know because one of them was eating a chakra fruit same as Kaguya. and when he said "she was disobedient" he was talking about Kaguya because if you remember it was mentioned in shippuden that Kaguya was building an army of white Zetsu to fight them when they come for here.
