While Kakashi's speech was good, ultimately he was trying to get Sasuke to give up on his goal which kind of validated the Sound 4's speech to Sasuke that he'd never develop into a ninja capable of beating Itachi. And the fact that Kakashi spent the last arc in a coma because of Itachi doesn't help his case.

Also, it's been a lot longer than 2 months since the start of the series. I'd say closer to 6 months. The Chunin Exams alone was 6 weeks long and there was a lot of downtime between Land of Waves and the Chunin Exams. Remember that each genin came in with at least 10 completed missions and a lot of them were rookies.

In Sakura's defense, they are supposed to be doing like c-level missions still, stopping common thugs from attaching bridge builders (not Kakashi level ninja). It just so happens that shes on a team with the main character lol, so they constantly be doing like A+ level crap. Also it just so happens that Orochimaru started a war during their exam. Like it was supposed to just be a normal exam... but instead they all had to fight a tailed beast lmao.

bruh....they're women. they are human beings like men. dont need to view them diff simply because they are a diff gender. dude could've asked for some insights from women, etc. since he clearly struggles writing female characters because from his viewpoint they are just whiney and exhibit stalker behaviors LOL. It's his manga and his fantasy world, so he can write it from whatever perspective he wishes too...but that doesn't spare him from criticism : )
