lol. the animator who did this scene was really irritated at the person who put the aura on top of his hand drawn asura. Wish they kept it the same. Not that anyone would notice though unless they’ve seen the original cut.

That's about right. The last time he used it was against the Kuma pacifista on Saboady, episode 403 which was released in 2009 (chapter 510, released in 2008)—so it's been about 15/16 years... but he uses Asura Nine Lightning Strikes, not Dead Man's Game, so it's interesting to see the different variations Zoro has for Asura even though he barely uses it.

As far as I'm concerned, this episode marks the score 2-0 Kaido against Luffy. If you get knocked unconscious, you lost. Even though he woke up he would be dead if not for zoro and law

ODA made it very clear Sanji ain't on that level. For a start he will not kick big Mom cuz she is technically a woman, and his kicks won't even work on Kaido's tough skin. Pretty much useless up there.

Look I love Sanji...do i think he could land a hit or two on kaido? Sure. On big mom? Hell no cuz of his character. But be real, sanji aint doing half the dmg Zoro did to Kaido. He is a fantastic support character, but leave the emperor battles to the captain and the vice captain.
