Nusjuro is probably my favorite. He is a Bakotsu, which is a spirit depicted as a skeletal horse from Japanese legends. The interesting thing is that a Bakotsu is a horse that died a painful death from a fire 🔥 yet he uses ice powers ❄️. Also, Oda answered some questions about his sword in an SBS a while back. It's a cursed blade from the Kitetsu line, same family as Zoro's sword.

TOEIIII!! "Planet fall" indeed. Kind of at a loss for words for Toei's magic yet again. Toei is just unstoppable in producing the best episodes in anime history time and again, ever since Wano, anywhere from Ishitani directed masterpieces to some of the craziest action episodes with massive scale and creativity. This episode will go down in history. Like what did we even witness here? Vincent's cut is his magnum opus. Talk about the greatest "entrance" of character/s ever. Such an ambition this man has. Single handedly he created a kaiju scene I have never witnessed in anime before, that shows the scale and perspective so well - all 2d, and unbelievably elaborate. And this is no easy feat, as there are shows out there that feature large creatures primarily, like Attack on Titan, that never produces something this insane in it's entire run - but to me, OP now has the best "kaiju episode" in anime, never could've guessed I would say this. Hats off to him. The rest of the animators went insane as well. Shoutout to effect-animation as well as the atmosphere. An episode that was banger from start to finish, easily the best Egghead episode to me, easily among the very top in OP in general. Thank you Toei for your efforts in producing all-time masterpieces that leave the whole industry reeling in awe.

feels like more and more of a miracle that Sabo survived encountering this ensemble of literal honest to god monsters lmao, one of them was already stressful enough for Luffy and crew and now we got all 5 blitzing the island killer reaction and discussion as always y'all, they really did pop off with this episode lol, looking forward to the next!

Toei was in their bag for this one. I knew Nusjuro was gonna be cold(literally). The whole sequence of the summoning was spectacular. Crazy how it's taken over 1100 episodes for us to see the Gorosei in action and they are not playing around. Zoro vs Lucci......that shit was fire. Lucci you better retire man.
