Currently, none of the Hokage can be reanimated. If y'all remember from the Orochi vs Sarutobi fight, the only way to defeat a reanimation is by sealing them. Sarutobi sealed the first and second hokage along with himself (and orochi's arms) in the reaper death seal. The status of minato (and why orochi couldn't summon him vs sarutobi) has been heavily hinted at but will be explained in detail in the coming episodes.

Yeah, who's in the coffin is a pretty big mystery. Has to be someone Madara was afraid of or conversely was very close to for him to go from "it's on sight" with Kabuto to immediately accepting his alliance. Probably the first time we've actually seen Madara shook and not in control of the situation. Also, they'll go into more detail about how the Reanimation jutsu works, but you guys are on the right track with your assumptions on how it works
